Looking for general-use cable for long RCAs using teflon dielectric (foamed is fine) and a pair of solid-core conductors, preferably somewhere in the 20-24 gauge range and shielded that I can buy in 100ft or smaller quantities. It will be for a pair of RCAs running 25-30ft. I'd prefer to spend less than $1.25 a ft. Does anyone make such a thing?

Closest I could find was the Belden 88641 with a teflon dielectric, tinned stranded wire and 24 gauge connectors.

TIA.

Thanks, these guys look pretty good

Sent them a few requests to see how pricey they are.

Hope it works out, specially if it allows you to make a better product.

Never got a response from NewEnglandWire, they may be taking a long 4th of July weekend vacation.

I was considering the Belden 89207 but it only comes in 100ft rolls at ~$260-280 it was a little more than I was willing to spend for this particular application.

I ended up ordering some Belden 88760 from Handmade, $1.05 a foot.

It's 18ga. twisted pair, w/19 x 30 tinned copper conductors. Conductors are teflon insulated and has a red teflon outer jacket. Comes with a bedfoil shield with a 20g. drain wire.

The specs to value ratio is decent. Not crazy about tinned copper but pretty much all of Belden's teflon stuff is tinned.

I'll still be interested to hear back from NewEnglandWire for future projects, hopefully they'll respond.

I'll post some pics when I'm done with these ultra-long cables.
