hello, I am looking for budget closed over ear headphones for when i mow the lawn or something else outdoors ect. I'll be using with my phone so low ohm preferred the price range i'd prefer is something around 50-70$.
 
sound doesn't need to be the best but something bassy would be nice

Since no one else is helping, how about the Superlux 661?  Or the Monoprice 8323?  Both dirt cheap.
 
A step up would be the NVX XPT100, but it is bulky and ten dollars over your budget.
 
Bassy would be the Creative Aurvana Live!, but it isn't built to take a lot of abuse, and doesn't do a great job of isolation.  Otherwise, if you are looking for great sound, it crushes most anything else under $100.

For the best isolation, get an IEM(in the ear canal isolating earphone) that isolates well.
