Hey guy's I'm looking for Bluetooth headsets like the

Sony MW1

or the 

Sony Ericsson MW600

 
One with A2DP/APTX 
 
It's that I just named 2 Sony products, but the brand doesn't really matter to me. I already have my earphones, now I just need a BT device so that I can get most out of my earphones.

Bluetooth headsets are not very popular on Head-Fi because they give you less price/performance value than wired headsets. So you may not get much in the way of recommendations.

The problem is that I already have a good head and earphone, but sometimes it's easier not to have them connected to my phone, for example while you're at the gym.
 
hence me looking for such a device.
