Looking for best headphones for comfortability and sound quality under 200$

I work in an office and I listen to music almost the entire day while I work. So, I want to buy a nice set of over-the-ear headphones that I could wear for 8 hours without my ears feeling too hot or getting sore. Also I don't care if they are noise-cancelling or not but I want to make sure that other people around me won't hear them when I play at medium volumes so I don't bother anyone. Sound quality is moderately important to me, I just want to get ones with a good well-rounded sound (i.e. not too much bass, or treble, etc. ). Also, things I would like but don't need are blue-tooth capabilities, not crazy looking but a little bit of style would be nice, and music controls would be cool too. Thanks!
