Good day everyone,
I'm looking to help out a co-worker who wants a decent IEM for under $100.
He basically watches a lot of news, soccer and sometimes (maybe?) music.

So I guess I'd be looking for a sound signature that has somewhat of a surround sound that can hit those bass notes when called for.

He stressed how small his ears are, so that is important to note.
Please, any advice would be appreciated!

HiFiMAN RE-400 may work. They're very small and sound really good for their price. Punchy bass and a forward midrange (vocals).

Klipsch X11i is very small-bore and small in general. Worth a look-see.
