I need a 4 conductor cable no bigger than 1/8" OD. Cheaper the better!
Its for an old mouse so the cable has to be flexible. Maybe someone can find me a cheap mouse with a long usb cable

In Australia the telephone cables are 4 wire and the extension cables are very flexible don't know if its the same where you are though

I think that would break easily, aren't they solid copper?
Looking at Ebay there are lots of cheap Chinese mouse's (mice?) which could work.

No, multi strand, very flexible, just buy an extension cable and cut off the phone plugs

Have you considered getting a small roll of the gage of stranded wire you want and then making a simple four wire braid by hand. Looks nice is flexable and will provide some shielding. If you don't know how to braid some one has a daughter who can teach you in no time. Just a suggestion. The stranded telephone wire mentioned would work well for this as suggested just get a long extension cord and you are almost done.
