1000+ Head-Fier
I managed to get an excellent deal on a pair of Thinksound On2 on-ears. Just getting used to them and I've found that the two 3.5mm to 3.5mm cables supplied (one with a mic, one without) have terrible microphony issues where the very slightest movement is transmitted into the earpieces.
Whilst the headphones produce a very nice sound, this microphony issue is a deal-breaker for me as I like to listen in bed so some movement is inevitable.
As the supplied cable is a straightforward 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack cable, I'm looking for recommendations on a high quality 3.5mm to 3.5mm headphone cable that is relatively tangle-free, very flexible and is not microphonic.
PS: I'm not sure if the word 'microphonic' is the correct word to use here - I'm trying to describe the issue where the cable sleeve rubs against your shirt and you can this noise loudly in the headphone earpieces.
