hey guys im looking for a good amp and dac, ive got 300$ to use, this will be my end game setup what would u guys recommend and can get decent gear for the budget.

If it's the only amp you have and you want something transportable (not really too portable) maybe you could pick up a used ifi Micro iDSD.  I use that with my most power hungry cans as well as my most sensitive IEMs.
 
If you don't plan on moving it then +1 on the Schiit stack!  The Vali 2 might also be a good option for you depending on your preferences and cans.
