Im looking into replacing the really crappy speakers that I have set up in my room right now.

Preferrably some that can fit on a shelf and are around $200.

Wood would be nice, but is not a must.

Go to BB and give the Athena AS-B2 speakers with the 6.5" woofers a listen.These are the cheapest really good speakers available.
