Looking for a DAP (mp3 player)

Hi I'm looking to buy a DAP or a mp3 player.
Im looking for something I can load my mp3s on.
- has good memory
- has a micro sd slot for added memory
- has wifi so i can send my music over my network to my home theater system or my wireless wifi speaker and i can take it to go with headphones.
-
I'v been looking at fiio, sony and a few others but cant find alot of info on what they can do over wifi.
Something thats priced right and won't kill the budget.
Under $400 or something

Im not looking for headphones.. im looking for a portable audio player.. like a ipod or mp3 player. DAP. That i can load with my mp3s on and send to my home theater or wireless speaker via wifi home network or i can take it on the go and plug my headphones into

What is your budget?
I've used both FiiO and Sony DAP/MP3 players and liked both brands.

Not for sure but I think you will have to have a dap with Android. My Android dap is going back for repairs so I can’t test it out just yet. Don’t have DNLA setup right now but plan to very soon . Don’t quote me but I believe that’s what you have to have for WiFi versus Bluetooth. I have a few computers gathering dust and plan on making a server out of one to handle the task.
