I'm looking for a DAC that takes both optical and USB inputs that I'll use with my computer and a iriver ihp140. I was looking at a Constantine and it kinda looks like what I want. Is there something else I should look at?

My price range is below $200

You may try to find an used MicroDAC, they can cost $200-$230 and it's perfect for your needs ...

thats the ideal solution but it never comes up used!
