Looking for a DAC or Soundcard to pair with AKG K701 & Litle Dot II++

My plan is to purchase a little dot II++ and AKG K701. I want to get a good dac or soundcard for 150USD or less to run this system from my pc. if i use a dac my motherboard has digital coax and optical out. should i just scrap the plan and use a iBasso D1 instead of the little dot?

do you play games or is this music only? you could get an amp/dac combo like the 7510 and save up for a better amp. the 701s are pretty hard to power actually. almost all akg are lol.
