Currently have -
Schiit Bifrost Uber
Schiit Asgard 2 -> Philips X2
Schiit Asgard 2 -> Audioengine N22 -> Modded A5+ (converted to passive) + S8
 
This setup sounds great, and I have no complaints
Two reasons I am considering new equipment
1) Consolidation/quality of life (one power button vs 3)
2) I need to spend $ on my new credit card to get the sign-on bonus (sounds stupid but it is a lot of cash back)
 
I know about the Denon PMA-50, but from what I have read it will be a considerable downgrade from what I have.
Audio-GD is not an option due to some extremely bad customer service I received in the past.
 
That being said, is there anything out there that can do what I need?  I would like to keep it around or under $1,000.

Looks interesting, and it's cheap. Not sure how it will sound compared to my setup or the Denon I mentioned. 
Footprint on that thing is pretty huge though.

I saw that as well, but the D 7050 looks like a better option.  Reading reviews I think the 7050 would sound better with my setup.
