Looking for a DAC/AMP for Focal Utopia (High-End)

Hey,
I am looking for DAC/AMP recommendations for Focal Utopia.
It doesn't have to be 2 in 1.
Budget is around $10,000.
I want to get the best combo my budget would allow.
I understand is subjective but, there's an objective component to it as well.
Bonus points if it would also work good with HD600.
