I originally planned on buying a pair of soundmagic ES18 and a pair of She3590 for around 20.

Before purchasing I was wondering if i could spend my money on something better

I was considering the KSC75, but ill take any recommendations ddoesn't matter if it's over-ear, on-ear, iem.

For on ears, for $26, the JVC HA-S400 is quite nice. Here's a discussion thread: http://www.head-fi.org/t/626332/the-new-jvc-ha-s400-affordable-carbon-nanotube-cans-for-the-masses

The HARX700 has a pretty strong following here and they can be modified for even better sound if you so desire.  For the money its a pretty good bang for the buck.  They are big but man they are comfy.  And the sound is actually pretty good.  Better then the Koss UR20's we used in our training rooms which felt just as huge on me.

Imo you should have bought the Soundmagic ES18. You could buy one now though.

Where can someone buy a PX100 that works for under $20? Used ones on Ebay probably sell for much more than that.
