had a set 414's since the beginning of time. along the way got a set of 450II's they both sounded pretty much the same. at some point the 414's decided since I wasn't using them, the would go where they would be used, leaving the 450's alone in the cabinet.  I have been thru 4 pairs on ebay. none even sound remotely like the 450's.

do I really have to post 15 worthy post to place one post in the buy sell swap or trade forum. want to buy pair 414.s 2000 ohm ?

any ideas?  thanks r.

I believe that yes, you do. Are you looking for a new set of cans? Not sure what you mean by '2000 ohms'.

thanks for the replys.

rules are rules.  I can deal with it.

2000 ohms refers to the resistance of the headphones or cans.

these things sounded incrediable when driven with a Marantz 2325.  dark side of the moon was a PLACE, when listened to thru these cans,

I wore out several pairs of 414s years ago. They were magical, although the drugs might have helped as well.
