Is it just me or do these two amps look identical?

I mean, they have different specs and all, but they look the same... why?

Also, the font of the HLLY engraving is exactly the same as "Little Dot" engraving..

I beleive the HLLY mk III is a rebrand of the Little Dot Mk IV

Oh yeah. Sorry. It is identical to the LD MK IV.

It is $20 cheaper than the LD MK IV. Can anyone say anything about the quality compared to the LD MK IV?
