Little Dot Mk III DOA

I have just received a Little Dot Mark III and it won't power up. No response to the power cord. Zip. I can't log into the Little Tube site, keep getting kicked off before login completes.

Suggestions for how to get this thing to respond? I tried different power cords and outlets to be sure that wasn't the problem. There is a sticker on the back that says 110v AC.

Check the fuse at the rear panel. It is between the power switch and socket.

Thanks. I knew where the fuse was but could not get it open. Someone on the Little-Tube forum explained to me how to open the fuse drawer and that it had a second fuse included. I was able to change the fuse and it works.

Why would you want to roll asap when it sounds great with its stock tubes???

So far I'm really impressed with it. I also have a Darkvoice 332 and I was expecting the LDIII to be not as good. So far I'm thinking I might like it better. I had to upgrade the tubes on the Darkvoice and I still think it is a bit cold.

It would have been bad if it just wasn't a fuse
