I acquired a Little Dot Micro Tube from one of my friends and I'm having a lot of problems with noise.
Source: Desktop Computer
Sound Card: Audigy 2ZS
Headphones: Audio Technica AD700s
Ground Loop Isolator: PAC (Pacific Audio Accessory)
I added a ground loop isolator mainly used for car audio applications from my Y-connector coming out of the sound card and connected it before the inputs to the amplifier. The background noise (snap, crackle, pop) has decreased significantly but there is still a slight hum in the background. I've tried my best to keep all the power wiring away from the audio wiring.
Any recommendations from anyone out there? It's a decent sounding amplifier, but the noise is driving me insane.
