I recently got a Little Dot II++ from a member of these forums which has treated me quite well until just recently. For whatever reason the volume control knob has stopped functioning and the volume is locked far too low. Is this a common issue or one that people have witnessed before? Is it something that is most likely an easy fix or something that'll require me to send it back for repairs?

Is there a different forum that I should look to for help? This problem is getting irksome and I'm hoping to at least get an idea of what I should do about it.
