little dot 1+ vs bravo audio ocean?

Wondering if anyone has experience with these two amps opinions? Any other tube amps in the $100 range worth looking into? Thanks.

Just have experience with the Ocean and can affirm it's really good bang for the buck, the Bravo V2 is the same but even cheaper (although it's open), as far as I have seen on reviews, comparisons and on the forums it's generally accepted the little dot I+ is better, besides there is also the Project Starlight that gets pretty good reviews too, hope someone with experience with these two show up to share their experience.
