Hi Guys
I'm looking to build a linear power supply for the Pi4. My intention is to put them all in a box as the photo.
I am oriented to this https://www.mpaudio.net/product-page/ms-hpuln-ps.
Has anyone tried it or is there another suggestion?
Thank you

Honestly this seems like ridiculous overkill.

You wouldn't notice any difference between this and a decent LT1085 regulator board for 1/10th the price. The LT3045 is great if you want to make precision instrumentation like oscilloscopes or medical equipment. Putting it on a dac or anything else is just marketing and gives them an excuse to charge you more money.

I would just tell you to make your own PSU or find something that uses some other regulator at half the cost.

However if you just have a ton of money burning a hole in your pocket, then go for it.

I have a couple of spare boards for two different designs - one with transformer on board (220-240V version) that I helped to design and one with transformer off-board which Tombo56 from diyaudio.com designed.

Will let them go non-profit (basically just to cover production costs).

PM me if interested. Schematic attached. I also have the BOM for both if you're interested.
