Hi all.

Am looking for some new IEMs but my budget can't quite stretch to the Atrios I've been pining for for so long, so I'm looking for something which has a similer sound but is a bit cheaper? I know I'm not going to get anything dead on for less money but what is out there?

Any ideas? Gonna be paired with a Zune 120 and music taste varies from Nine Inch Nails, to Philip Glass, to Lily Allen, so rather wide

You can get the atrio's for $105 + shipping (or less with bing bashback) on ebay right now - here

I am not affiliated with the ebay seller, not did I ever bought anything from them, but I think a few head-fiers bought the atrio's from them when they were offered for $10 less...

If you've really been wanting to get the Atrios, wait and save up to buy them. If you settle for less, you'll always want to get the Atrios anyway.

At least one reviewer has placed the Hippo VB as being a step above the atrios. The nice thing is that the hippo VB retail for only $79.

Check out the Quattros. Similar bass to the Atrios and VBs but much less expensive.
