oof, just listened to it, yeah tons of hiss and warble.  It's the only version I could find on youtube.  I have it on vinyl, sounds nothing like that.  That'll teach me to post a song without listening first, ha!

So true. I dont understand why people upload them in garbage quality and in worst case scenario are reposts of some video gone through another layer of compression. At the times one has to browse through 20 copies of same video to find one that sounds decent.

A very close friend of mine once noticed me doing this and asked the reason for it: "The quality button only affects the video, doesn't it? So wasn't the first one good enough for the song?"

This has been one of the most fun relationship I've had. I like them yet I don't quite understand them.

i dont really listen to much metal, but heres a few that i just cant get enough of over the years

Slayer - Reign In Blood & D.R.I. - Dealing With It

and newer metal (to me at least) Fantomas - Suspended Animation

as much as i grew up listening to Metallica, i just dont listen to them anymore
i would put it under, "it's getting old to me" which is ironic being i picked Reign In Blood
but ya, whatever.
i would like to think i can blame all this local scream-o bands that cant play worth the crap for me giving up on metal
speaking of OVERKILL (both the band and Motorhead. oh yeah, gotta have Motorhead in here as well)

Man, it's just not right without Bill Ward...  I'm surprised they didn't try to get Vinny Appice, that would be a cool consolation price in my book, then they could do some Dio era in tribute.  But with older bands I rarely get what I want, WAHHHHHHH!!

Complaining aside, it's hard to get better than Tonny Iommi.  I have a huge regret for not buying the Sleep shirt that was just a picture of Iommi from the early '70s and below that it said "Deity".  I really should have bought that...
