This may be one of best metal albums I’ve heard in 5 years?

The deluxe edition is something else. I can play the songs to my dog also.

It’s perfect. It’s not trying to be anything other than it is. But the subtle groove is intoxicating! I’ll have to check out the dog level section.

It’s way better than their latest....but that’s what makes the album so special, it’s aloof.

You definitely need Celtic Frost and Metallica. And before you say it...don't even start with me about Metallica sucking. Yeah, they suck now. But Kill 'em All is the thrash album that all the rest built upon. Any argument to the contrary is just elitism gone too far.
Kill'em ALL is ESSENTIAL--the remaster sounds brilliant

Kill'em ALL

I had a girlfriend in 1986 who had a home-made Kill'em ALL cassette. In 1986 almost no-one had any Metallica on vinyl. It was great then, then later in the year Master of Puppets came out and Reign in Blood came out. Though I have a store purchased Ride the Lighting. WASP was huge then too. In 2010 I remember seeing some 17 year-old walk out of Hot Topic with his Dad, totally excited to be holding a repressing of Kill'em ALL on vinyl. He was acting like it was his birthday. I thought to myself how “........... that’s what metal is about.”

Cheers!

didnt even know it had been remastered-ive got the rough demos to play soon
Its just sharper, I thought the original record was slightly "muddy" They had no money so understandable....the remaster just sharpens everything and makes it even more brutal and perfect! It is without a doubt an essential metal release. Honestly the 1st four Metallica releases are tough to not have in a best of metal list!!
