BUT PROBABLY THE MAIN REASON TO STOP. "SOME PEOPLE" ARE GETTING TIRED OF ME PUTTING HOLES IN THE WALL
Thank gosh he has enough posters to keep updating us on. People need to chime in so i can check out their posters!
i was hoping more people would have joined in on this post and put their stuff up. im sure most of them dont frame their albums but listen to them i dont frame the albums themselves (keep them under my bed). i hate that ring that develops over time.
if no one frames them i just wish people would post pictures of their album they have. also posters..... ect
Some woman has some 1960's (concert???) posters and shes going to find them after Christmas, ill post the pictures once she finds them as i may buy them.
My frame-of-choice for displaying albums. Surprisingly, it was only $42.00.
Where do you buy them?
Pictureframes.com, much like allposters.com, always has some sort of sale going on. Your best bet is to bide your time and wait until another 20-30% off custom framing sale occurs.
The sales are usually advertised on the main page but I always consult this site to cover my bases: http://couponfollow.com/site/pictureframes.com
As of now, the best coupon available saves you 10% off of the cost of the frame. The code is RMN10
Not album art, but it's a print from Dick Boak, the Director of Art Relations at Martin Guitars.
A friend was helping their school PR group set up some stuff for the unveiling of "Davinci Unplugged" http://martinguitar.tumblr.com/post/2751070788/da-vinci-unplugged-unveiled, a commemorative guitar made as Martin's 1.5 millionth guitar. They got the print signed for me too, and now it hangs above my computer. the text in the outer circle is continuous from any phrase in the circle, but from the bottom it reads
"When the wheel of balance began to revolve I realized that to remain in any one spot was to deny the motion required to reach my furthermost limitation so without heasitation I took another step and [When the wheel of balance began to revolve etc. etc.]"
almost an escher feel to it. i like it
This is what my wall looked like a few days ago.
I switched the Thriller album for Revolver but i still have to take new pictures.
^ very nice. I see plenty of LZ in there.
He asked if I wanted some of is prints. Of course...He gave me originals.
