Thinking about picking this up

All descriptions look the same(diff sellers it seems), prices seem low (compared to the cowon d2).

Should I pull the trigger on the first one? or should I buy else where.

generally if they have a feedback score like that (250) with at least 95% positive experience then they're legit. I wouldn't worry.

Never mind. I found a US dealer so I wont have to worry about all of the fees and customs and insurance for if it gets "lost" or stolen.

Actually I ended up going through an ebay seller from China. But some US sellers I've read about are Walgreens.com, Amazon.com, and mp4nation.com (had troubles with site, and may or may not be US)
