OK folks. I've been in touch with Jeremy. I have an old set that I don't want anymore, and also a brand new set in the package. I opened the new ones up and they are much thicker and firmer than the old ones. Don't know if the old ones started out thicker and firmer because I did not buy them new.

Anyhow, I will attach some pictures showing the difference in thickness. We probably would prefer thicker pads since that seems to be how this whole thing got started. Comments ... ?
