1] MG Head (used $175 and new MK3-$300)
2] Singlepower PPX-3 (Probably the best in this price range)
3] Singlepower MPX-3 (Supposed to be better than the PPX-3 but not as warm or musical according to reviews)
4] Rudistor RP-4 (if it sounds as good as Nik says it does then this should be a smashing buy)
5] Rudistor RP5 (best budget tube amp for the HD-650 - period!)
