I must have read or watched every review out there about the LCD2C and some say the soundstage is massive, huge, small, narrow.
Which is it? My comparison would be the HD660s or Sundara as they are the largest soundstage I have heard. Sundara being a little larger then 660s.

Neither, it's just some upper mid recession making voices sound a little further back and any harmonics that live in that region. It's a bit congested, closed in due to having completely sealed front volume. If you want a headphone that sounds big, open, airy Hifmans like the HE-5XX, Ananda, Arya, HEK etc are the way to go.

If you own the current Sundara, going LCD-2C is a bit of a downgrade in timbre, response, treble resolve and vocal presence, clarity, pitch differentiation.

I would describe it as below average for an open headphone. It's not like it's completely boxed in like a bad closed headphone or something, but because of the mellow treble response it just doesn't get a chance to stretch its legs. The LCD-3 has a similar issue, although to a lesser extent.
