I must be a serious basshead. I have a pair of DT770s (the 80 ohms

), and when I'm using them on my desktop, I enable Bass Boost on my X-Fi and increase the bass level dial slightly to get the amount of bass impact I'm satisfied with. On the laptop, there's no such option, not to mention there's also some noise/interference in the output.

So I'm looking into possibly getting a USB amp+DAC, something like either a Total Bithead or a iBasso D2. Anyone have any input or advice?

I used the Corda Move and 770 combo for quite a while. The Move was in high current and low gain modes. It had plenty of bass, and then some. The Move can put out as much as you can handle.

I've since replaced the drivers in my 770 with Grado drivers.

Aren't there like three different versions of the Move? Any major differences between them?
