L3000 pads on W1000?

I've searched the forum but havnt found anything on this so this is my question. Do the L3000 pads fit on the W1000?
Another Q, does the W1000 have a fake leather pad?

Is there any guide how to replace the pads somewhere?
Also i saw the L3000 drivers is for sale on some places, can i install em in the w1000? would the sound be the same as the real l3000?

Just take your fingers and pull them off.

As far as the L3000 drivers in the W1000's I would suggest against it because when I tried; it sounded like crap. They do sound pretty good in a pair of W100's though, but still nothing like the original L3000's.

As mulveling has stated, both L3000 and W2002 pads are made of lamb skin leather. The only difference between the two may be it's texture due to different batches of leather use to make both pads.
