I did the headband mod to the KSC75 and have a couple of questions.  The headband is super light and was very easy to do but now I am finding the slight sound pressure directly in my ear to be too much.  Has anyone else had an issue with this after the headband mod?  What I was considering was adding or replacing the small foam earpads of the KSC75 with larger pads from like Grado SR60i or even Senn 414 yellow pads.  Is that possible and has anyone done anything like that?  And is it easy to do?  I am thinking that maybe with a larger pad it will both keep the driver a little further from my ear and also be on the entire ear instead of simply pressing only in the middle and that will make it more comfortable.  Any thoughts or advice appreciated.  Thanks.

Have you tried bending the headband?
 
414 pads will help too
