I just noticed the other day that when the plug at the end of the phones is in a certain position, I lose all sound from the right 'phone. It also happens the plug is being pushed on while it is in the jack. Is this something I can fix, or do I need to send it in to get fixed? I also heard about someone getting different cans back when they sent their KSC35s in, is this true?

I have the same problem with my KSC-35s...

I think if you send in your KSC-35 now you will either get the KSC-50 or KSC-75. It was said before that you could ask them to send you the KSC-35 instead but I dont know if that really worked or not.

I think ill send an email to them first before I send them in, asking if I would be able to get 35s again. The other versions are ugly, IMO.
