I'm gonna pick a pair up this week, as soon as Circuit City has them in stock, before that though...are KSC-75's decent for gaming? My goal is to try and get a Beyerdynamic DT770/32 for my b-day (coming up soon - 4/20 a.k.a. national pot smoking day), so these are a temporary solution...

If it 's a temp solution then why not...Any headphones will do the trick if its temp. Just imagine how much better it would be when you get your Beyers.

But generally Koss KSC75s are compared to Grados (SR60s or even Alessandro MS-1s) which are not very good for gaming apparently.

I played through a large chunk of HL2 with KSC75s, it worked fine. The short cord doesn't make it ideal, and other headphones do work better for gaming, but their soundstage isn't non-existant by any means.
