So many of you all have these....I figured one of you must have tiny ears and found a solution to this problem.

My gf just got these for running and she's worried that they are too loose to run in.

Are these adjustable? Can you form the plastic to fit tighter?

(I haven't looked at them yet, but she's bringing them over tonight for me to play with)

Make sure she's wearing it right, like it looks below. If it is too wobbly, you can add a bit of nail polish to the ball/joint of the clip. if it's too wide no matter what take a hair dryer to it and bend that clip inwards (heat it so it won't snap!)

thanks. I read elsewhere that you can slip a little piece of craokie on the ear piece to tighten it up, but the nail polish trick is awsome! I think I may have to try that.
