KSC-35, -75 replacement earpads?

What's to be done when the foam earpads to the KSC-35 and KSC-75 start shredding? True, I could buy another of the latter for $12, but it seems such a waste. Are there any cheap replacements, or pads from other small phones that might fit the bill?
