A generous head-fier has offered me a pair of Koss-Pro3AAs, and I was wondering if people could share their feelings on how well the headphones isolate. I'm looking to use them on long, noisy busrides, and maybe even on the subway - how do the Koss measure up?
I know that many feel the 4AAs isolate as well or better than the Sennheiser 280s - are the 3AAs the same deal, or is it more of the closed-yet-unisolating Eggo style?
(Any new thoughts on the 3AAs' sound, post burn-in, are appreciated as well; there's very little on head-fi about these new cans.)
