Try doing a search for both of them. I know there are several threads that directly discuss the diffirences between these two Koss cans.

No problem, I ask questions when I should just do the extra work and search all the time.

Never heard the 35's but the porta pro's are excellent.

HERETIC!

This is an especially personalized debate, with many preferring the 35's over the PP's and vice versa, depending on who you ask.
I prefer the KSC-35's considerably more than the PP's, both in terms of sound quality and comfort, though I regularly use both.
The only way to be certain which one is more to your liking is to hear them both. For the price, they are both worthwhile purchases, even if you were to pay full retail.
Personally, if someone had never heard either of these phones and had to decide which one to buy, I would unquestionably advise to buy the KSC-35’s first.

Really...from all the reviews I have read, the KSC-35 has a more balanced sound and is more preferred, due to the driver being slightly farther away from the ear (= less boomy bass.)

i think the Porta Pros are better, but i'm not looking to do any critical listening with the these kind of phones, so the extra bass increases the fun level that i look for. i find clip on to be uncomfortable after a while, so the hair pulling that the PP's do is a good trade off for me.

I fine that the portapros have better bass slam with no adjustments over the 35-75. But with the adjustment at full they sound more like the 35-75. The portapro are great with the 3 way comfort zone adjustment.

I am using them with my portable radio. Also the quarter mod helps free the sound.

I just ordered a pair of portapro's for 29.88 with free shipping from

The quarter mod is to cut a quarter size hole is the middle of the pads. I use a pair of sizers to do this. By doing this it tames the bass a bit and lets the mids and highs more forward.

HI you beat me to the post. LOL
