Hi
I've got a new pair of KSC-75 (2 months). They "vibrate" with certain bass frequencies, makes a sound a bit like you forgot to unclip the snare on a drum. I don't know the exact term for this. I had a great experience with a previous pair of KSC-75 that I trashed, so I'm disappointed that this pair has this problem. I compared with my old pair (one of the two earphones still works) and the difference is obvious.
I have a few questions: can this be caused by my rough handling of the headphones? Is it possible that they're fake, since it came from a relatively shady amazon marketplace dealer off the Channel Islands? Or is ****ty quality from Koss sometimes to be expected?
Can I make a warranty claim based on this sound problem or will they tell me to **** off?
