OK, I am going to order one of these sets of headphones. My main set is an older pair of Beyerdynamics DT-311. While I realize I will never get that sound from a set of 'sport' phones, I want to get close.
I listened to the PortaPros once, and couldn't stand the booming bass. I've read that the KSC-35's are better behaved in this area.
Basically, in anyone's opinion, which set is better sounding? I don't want overpowering bass, and I want relatively clean mids/highs.
If it matters, I will be using these with an MD player, small amp (5mW).
