Alright guys, here you go.. (these have not been edited) straight from Kogans camera.

Leaving the front yard.

On the main street.

Secret agent shot up someones alley way.

Near the post office, lets get a Crust pizza.

Why not get another pizza!

Arrr, at the post office finally. (Chinese restaurant underneath)

Leaving the post office, grab a great shot of this beautiful  plant.

And why not stop in for a spring roll on the way home.

Lets face we aint gonna buy it for the camera? Even though it takes some decent shots & we always have our cell phones....Its all about the music right?

Well, I don't know. I gather the entire family and we huddle close together watching repeats of Days Of Our Lifes on Kogan.

But sure, the music.

Is there a way for the Kogan to play in shuffle mode? I know it can on an album but I was thinking more along the lines simmillar to the classic, where it will go through all folders?

officially - no. (and neither can you use the media library for card storage)
unofficially, http://www.head-fi.org/t/730831/kogan-8gb-mp4-the-player-that-came-from-nowhere/75#post_10823372
use the script i made in the post there (powershell on windows)
you can generate your own playlists then just use it in shuffle mode. (for the 'My music list' option that you otherwise have to add track by track)
you point the script to the \Playlist\MSCLST. and to extcard\musicfolder you want to generate the list from and get a playlist

Unless you have international characters in filenames or folder names - in that case those are skipped. i also had to play around with the folder order for some reason but in the end i have 2500 file playlist on shuffle. I looks like if you have a small file set < 700 files it usually isn't a problem.
Worst case you reboot the player, reconnect it and it auto deletes the corrupt playlist. (see the post for what files to delete). It only affects the internal storage

I tried some amping today from Kogan - I'm much with Lin's opinion that adding a little amp really sweetens up the sound. I do find Kogan very detailed for it's price point (probably too detailed) though it can come across to me as a little raw sometimes, just a touch to bright, adding the E06 into the chain really makes it a wonderful set up and slightly smoother. Surprisingly it's still very detailed and the soundstage seems wider.

If you can pick up a cheap E06 somewhere I highly recommend it as an add on to this player.

The set up can be made quite neatly too.
