Klipsch Tips (i.e. Contour Ear Gels) Question

Last month, I sent Klipsch an email asking if they could send me a pair of contour ear gels: the biggest single-flange tips and the bigger double-flange tips. They courteously granted my request and sent me... two single-flange pairs, which are too small for me. I'd like to know if they sent me the L size or, by mistake, the M size. They are 12mm wide and 14mm long.

those easily sound like the big ones to me, dont have a ruler about so cant mesure exactly but klipsch tips are smaller than everyone elses
