Which one has more bass?

Turbines have more bass and better quality bass. The turbine is the better iem!

I agree with jtack and QuantumXL, turbine has more bass. I have both now, I like the turbines when I need more bass but I like the fit of the s4 better though.

It's important to remember the Turbines are NOT BEATS by Dre. They have nothing to do with Dre's lineup.  The Turbines are very nice earbuds and are actually $40 refurbed right now from monster direct with 90 day warranty.  If you want a low end experience with less comfort, get the turbines.  They have a nice wide stage
 
the s4 has a better high end with more comfort and a more boxed stage., both are very nice
