Hey guys! I need some help with my Klipsch R6 iems today. Recently, the filter that protects the drivers from dust got clogged with wax. When I tried to clean them, the filter on one of the buds came off. It also happened to the other bud. The issue I'm having is the sound signature. I think I'm just being paranoid, but it might have changed. Both of the buds currently don't have their filters. Here's a picture:

Would having the filters removed change the sound signature/quality? If so, what can I do to fix it? Thanks!

Let me rephrase my question: Are the filters on the Klipsch R6 acoustically transparent? If so, I know that everything is in my head. It sounds the same, I'm just not positive. I'll probably put comply filters on them soon

From what I can tell, the filters are acoustically transparent. The changes seem minimal if any after checking and double checking songs I know by heart. I'm very happy that I don't have a huge issue that would've cost me $80 to fix
