I am willing to spend £120 at best, what ones should I get?

The IE 6 and IE 7, people said they have had amazing sound.

Although the Klipsch Image, they have had amazing reviews all over of 5.

Okay, to make this clear, these are the contenders:

Klipsch Image S4 Headphones
Sennheiser IE 6
Klipsch Image X5
Sennheiser IE 7

80% of my Walkman (£30, lol) is covered with hip hop music. The other 20% is rock n roll, soul and the blues.

Also, how would these compare to something like the PX 100 or big headphones like that?

what the fcuk!! thought why do you have the S4 on there but looking at what they are selling them for in the uk i can see how you might think they belong in that company. screw £70 for them when they are $80 in the us

as for the ohters what kind of sound signature are you after and what isolation?

well basically, every song that i enjoy has good vocals, so to me vocals are very important and i would not like the bass to overcome the vocals, i had some sony in-ear ones, where the bass was so strong, i couldnt concentrate so hard on the vocals. Preferably loud ones too.

as for isolation, i go on the bus mostly everyday, the bus is quite noisy and i dont want to leak sound to the people

i dont want to leak sound, i mean, if the earphones dont isolate so greatly, i could always put it on its highest volume, but i really dont want it to leak enough that a person sitting next to me can hear

That pretty much rules out the IE7, since they 1) Don't really isolate that much, and 2) They "leak" sound quite a lot, or at least I can really notice it, even at lower volumes (1/4 max on my macbook). Don't know about the rest of the IE series, but I would think they are all about the same.

well of the IE6 and 7 the 6 is said to be more bass heavy, i havent heard it but certainly the 7 has some great vocals on them. they do isolate a bit but just not vast amounts, all just depends on what you are used to.

the klipsch custom3 could also be of interest to you snce they are now going for £109, the sound similar ish to the IE7 but isolate tons more, the do have a much crapper cable on them though

there is minimal leakage with the x5s.

warranty sennheiser 2 years
klipsch 1 year.

Everyone will hear what you are playing, and you will no longer hear.

high isolation IEM's in the uk for under £120

hf5 for £80
x5 for £100
se310 for £110
custom 3 for £110

just depends what sound sig you want and the cables. custom 3 sounds great but has a crap cable on it. not heard the others so cant compare directly but for your budget those would be the ones i think would do you good to look into.
