I keep them and probably will never get rid of them. Sadly I have too many headphones and they don't really get the head time they deserve.

I still have mine, I gave my Grado to my son in law. I use them occasionally with my Quicksilver headphone amp

Was curious about the same thing. While they are not extremely uncomfortable, I think they lack a bit of clamp and feeling all the weight on top of my head is tiring

I still have mine. I bought them a couple of years ago (does that count as an original owner?) and don't plan to sell them. They don't get much head time these days, but I do reach for them for some specific albums.

I also did this mod to my hp3 (but in pic is elex) and it's better in term of weight management

just find some leather piece and tie them to the headband - profit

Want to do something like this but I'm not sure if it would look as nice as yours and I don't wanna ruin my precious' gorgeous looks

I did the same thing to my HP-3! They used to give me a terrible hotspot after an hour, but with the strap I can wear them for hours no problem.
