Kenwood Media Keg Vs Toshiba 401S vs D2

Have heard distant rumours that these are the best in terms of SQ. But, there are noooo reviews on the first two really.

Has anyone listened to the Kenwood or the Toshiba? Have you? Anyone?
What did you think of them compared to the Cowon players?

I want to know which is the best sounding mp3 player brand (apart from b&o).

For me, kenwood's SQ is better than d2.
but kenwood may hiss with some earphones.
