Hi,
I was thinking of purchasing a portable amp to compliment my kenwood hd30gb9. the kenwood has a built in digital amp already but i wanted to take it a step further by getting an external portable amp. Right now the AE-2 seems like my best choice, very sexy from the pics ive seen. The thing is, I am not sure whether it would be the best choice for me since their is no line-out on the kenwood. My buds right now are Shure E500's. ITs a great combo, but i want more!
Anyone out there have any experiences with amping the kenwood??? do you guys think it will be worth it?

Sorry, I don't have any experience with the Kenwood but I can attest to the AE-2 + E500's being an absolutley wonderful combo. I don't think you could go wrong, if the Kenwood doesn't cut you'll just have to pick something up that has a proper line out.
