Impossible to know whether the pads are thick enough because we don't know how much they compress. They look about the same thickness as the B&W pads they are clearly inspired by, and those are comfortable headphones.

That's a good point...I have just had poor luck with headphone pads not providing enough cushioning.  I agree that the B&W pads are comfortable, but I've never owned them, and only worn them for a few minutes at a time while trying them in the store.

There seems to be no indication of how the response was measured, and no points of comparison to other headphones measured in that way. The graph is of no practical use.

Sure it is. If it looks flat, it is flat. Isn't it?

Where did you find the graph?

Also, according to the Canadian website online store: http://kefstore.ca/m200-head-phone.html they will be shipping 31 May 2013.

KEF speaker's usually measure very well.  Check out the measurements for the LS50: http://www.soundstagenetwork.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=941:nrc-measurements-kef-ls50-loudspeakers&catid=77:loudspeaker-measurements&Itemid=153.  For a small speaker that is a great measurement.

Cheers.

I was talking about the graph found on the page linked to on the first page of this thread. Somewhere in the middle of the page there is this image:

Thanks!  Cheers.

Awesome! I don't quite understand how you manage to get new releases so quickly, but awesome nonetheless.

I should have a pair in a week. Stay tuned for my "first look" video.

Can you also evaluate the M200s?
